The purpose of this work is to illuminate the current perceived reality, not to demean or disrespect corporations, nor those “entities” corporations have created. For we cannot change nature, we can only come to use it.
Corporations do serve a very important role in creating companies, which do serve the people in very beneficial ways. (I may make reference to certain [specific] corporations, but that is only done in an attempt to further clarify a point of interest.)
However, of all the corporations that have been created, very few corporate citizens have ever had to give their oaths as Americans, to uphold and support the Constitution for the united states of America (in essence, freedom and liberty). And that was an oath to God.
Remember, we are all Americans, first. First. No matter what our job title says, concerning the Thing that we are representing. We are all one family, a family of Americans. And we are absolutely, positively not obligated to be the policemen of the world, nor are we obligated to any other country of this world. Period.
What is a Democracy?
From Webster’s Dictionary copyright 1964…
Democracy – [from demos, the people and kratein, to rule.] 1. government by the people, either directly or through elected representatives; rule by the ruled. 2. a country, state, community, etc. with such government. 3. majority rule. 4. the acceptance and practice of the principle of equality of rights, opportunity and treatment; lack of snobbery. 5. the common people.
(As opposed to Republic – 1. (a) a state or nation in which the supreme power rests in all the citizens entitled to vote (the electorate) and is exercised by representatives elected, directly or indirectly, by them and responsible to them; (b) the form of government of such a state or nation. “The founders of the Constitution laid the cornerstone of our national republic.” – Joseph Story.) Can you see the difference?
The term “Democracy” has its roots far back in history. The Romans claimed to live under a Democracy, where the majority ruled. (That is, unless the majority sided against Caesar. Then in the name of “the people”, Caesar instructed His will to them, under the guise of it actually being their will. A clear deception.)
(note: Hitler’s political party was known as the Democratic Socialist Party. In North Korea, they have a Democratic Republic. An oxymoron, if you think about it.)
The term Democracy infers a sort of fairness clause where (supposedly) the majority rule, or in essence, get their way. And those who are not in the majority (however determined through political means) are just simply out of luck. The term Democracy also infers that the people are in charge, guiding their government along a path, which the people want them to go. In actuality, it is the other way around. The government, in the name of The People, tell the people what path they will walk, what line they will tow. Lest they stray, then off they go.
Operating under a democratic system is important when dealing with public matters; this ensures (supposedly) that all viewpoints will be discussed before a decision is made. And the decision is supposed to be what the majority decides, not what the special interests or The One has in mind. And all this is supposed to get done in a civil manner.
For example, if the majority of people live in an area that requires roads, and very few live outside that area which requires roads, and almost all the tax money to pay for those roads come from the majority; Where do you think the roads are going to go? Common sense says the majority will get the service, however, democracies of today speak otherwise, while claiming to represent the majority. Do most of the people of America drive their vehicles in Boston? No. Yet they have a $1,000,000,000+ intersection. (Yes, that is correct. An intersection that has cost all Americans over one thousand million dollars.) Are there no other intersections in this country? Could any of those millions upon millions of dollars have been spent on other intersections, instead of just this one?
Could the late Senator Kennedy, having resided in this area and served on the committee that doled out this money, have had anything to do with Boston getting a Billion Dollar intersection?
This is just one example of how democracies claim to represent the majority, but cater instead, to the small minority and their special projects. Remember the billions and billions of dollars wasted on the super conducting super collider in Waxahachie, Texas?
Whatever happened to that?
And now, thousands of billions of dollars are being spent in an attempt to detect the very, very few – truly at the cost of everyone. These examples represent the minority, but have received much more than even the majority. All in their name.
And what happens when the citizenry can no longer afford its own government? What happens then?
Points of interest: Within America’s Democracy, a great illusion is that the majority rule. However, clearly that is not the case. The majority of Americans believe in God and believe that God in schools is a good thing. However, ONE American came forth and argued God’s inappropriateness in schools—and won!
Here’s another: If one man uses a certain weapon in an unlawful fashion, laws will be created to stop that from ever happening again. So, under American Democracy, ALL PEOPLE must now adhere to a law that was created to affect the stopping of one crime that’s already happened.
Over and over again, you can go back to those knee-jerking-reactionistic-laws and see clearly, that the majority of the people of America are good people and do not commit these crimes, yet ALL AMERICANS have had to pay for the wrongdoings of the very, very few – even the one.
This can be no more apparent than at the airport or a public school.
The Promise of Safety and Security
ALL governments sell on safety and security. All governments of the United States now claim that their job is to first, keep the people safe, second, keep the people civil and third, enforce the laws. Those are their functions and they will write down whatever words are needed and spend whatever money is required to ensure these goals are met. (Sadly, most of their money needed to do this is now coming in ever-increasing fees, fines and penalties being paid by the people to the government for violating those three principles. Under Democratic rule, the majority of the American people have now decided that their government knows what is best for them, and have given up trying to figure things out for themselves. Therefore, since these very personal challenges have been given over to a third party to handle, they will handle them in a very non-personal way. And their way is… There can never be enough lawyer enforcement officers and weapons and armory to go around; there can never be enough lawyers and judges to try all the law-breaking criminals; there will never be enough space set aside for the Billion-dollar money-making prisons that need to be built to house all these criminals. And there will NEVER be enough surveillance cameras and people watching them – to keep us safe.
Also under the guise of safety and the concept of Democracy, if enough people get together and decide that their way of life is right (meaning safe and secure) and everyone else who doesn’t live like them, act like them, talk like them and think like them are wrong, then they, under Democratic rule, can get together and write down those words which will make the lawyer enforcement community come to life and rule over all who are not abiding and conforming to the majority wishes. Whew! Sounds crazy, though, doesn’t it?
Yet that is the essence of American Democracy.
If enough people can be convinced that they are being victimized, then they can band together to fight against the one(s) making them a victim. I’m not saying that victims shouldn’t band together and fight, I am saying that maybe the point of view being doled out over the TV each evening isn’t exactly truthful. In the Iraq War, who were the victims? If they are the victims, then who are the ones that made them victims? In Hurricane Katrina, who were the victims and who were the ones making themselves victims? During the Civil Rights Movement, who were the victims and who made them become the victims? (By the way, whatever happened to all those people's Constitutional Rights? Where did they go? And how can an American grant Rights? Doesn’t that power only belong to God?)
The American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State works best on knee-jerk reactions. Our form of Democracy insists that mere words can make people safe and laws can keep people secure. American Democracy exists from the view of always needing to fight fear, always needing to seek it out and do battle with it. That’s not bad when you’re talking about fixing bridges and roads, but it’s really not quite good if it should pertain to invading another’s sovereign space, all in the name of quelling threats.
This country used to have a rule of engagement when it came to battle, “Don’t fire unless fired upon.” Simple. Direct. To the point. “Although there may be a threat out there, it hasn’t done anything yet. We’ll watch it, and we’ll prepare for it, but we will not attack first.”
Today’s American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporate State has a new take on that, it’s “We have determined you are a threat. And since you are now a threat, we have the Right of Preeminent Strike to rid us of your threat, in the holy and sacrilegious name of our safety and security.”
Quite the change in philosophy (if one gives it a thought). Complete opposites, in fact. The Department of Defense is now the Department of Offense. Yet on the tube, “We have yet to invade, we are liberating. We are sorry for killing innocent civilians, but that is the cost of bringing Democracy to this region.”
Isn’t it amazing, that in the name of Democracy, the nation of America is killing foreign citizens, because they have been deemed a threat and must be eliminated? We are imposing our will upon people in the name of the American People that those other people over there must die. Somehow we must spill their blood, in order for us to feel safe and sleep well tonight; and to also put a system in place where our products and services can get to them (or theirs to US) and money can be made. And that system is called American Democracy.
Which brings me to the blood of our so-called Democracy - it’s money. It flows throughout the entire system, greasing every cog in the machine and fueling every Democratic engine. The next time you hear a lawyer politician speak, saying the word “Democracy”, replace it with the word “Money.” That’s what that politician is really saying.
In the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State, money is more important than people, let alone the people’s freedoms and liberties. In American Democracy, the first thing government did, was to abolish common law and contract law (through the 11th Amendment), then in turn, write their own laws with Justice Clauses in them. Meaning, if the people do not do what this law states, then the law has the Right to take whatever property it wants (normally money) in order to satisfy its own judgment – to claim justice has been served. Imagine that, a government that was created to serve the people in a humble capacity has now written words giving it the “legal right” to steal personal property to satisfy its own needs for justice. Wow, now that’s a turn. (Don’t believe me? Research the term Civil Forfeiture.)
And if you think that’s a stretch, try not shoveling the sidewalk out front of your city home after a snowstorm and not having to wind up paying a fine for not performing the service on public land, that the servant who just gave you the ticket, was created to do.
(By the way, Statutory, Ordinance, Code, Zoning and Marshall Laws are ALL “compel to perform laws”, i.e. legalized slavery. And none get their nature from the Constitution for the united states of America. They are all “unrevealed contracts,” subject to one reserving all of one’s Rights, without prejudice. Just sayin’.)
The promise of a Democracy is safety and security through numbers. The illusion is also safety and security through numbers. We are living on a planet, hurling through space, completely filled with asteroids and meteoroids and other big rock-oids that all pose a serious threat to our safety and security, as well as our free and libertous ways of life. In fact, at any moment, an act of nature could utterly and completely wipe this planet off the astral charts and you would never know of it until the holy-cow moment. (But, there were others “of authority” who did, and said nothing.)
What is safe? What is secure? Are we now just left to live the remainder of our miniscule lives in fear of something coming upon us that we have no control over? Are we left to the whims of HMO’s and drug and insurance companies on what they’re going to charge us and how much our money is worth this week? Do we hang at the end of a corporate rope that promised a secure future, but left nothing behind? Do we continue to ask a third party to make us safe and secure, all the time blaming them for our own actions, knowing that they will never accept responsibility for theirs?
Or maybe, we’ll finally learn to live our lives (like our ancestors did), knowing that freedom is more important. Because safety and security are illusions, and freedom and liberty are the only real tangible things that make life worthy of living, anyway.
Points of interest: It is against the law to murder. Yet those words on paper do not stop the killers. It is against the law to steal. Yet those words do not stop the thieves. It is against the law to assault. Yet those words will not stop those willing to do it. And then, there are those doing all these things in our name – legally.
Interestingly, none of these illegalities apply to members of government – only to the people. Does the law not apply to everyone? Are there those who are above the law? No, just not liable to it - thanks to something called Sovereign Immunity.

From the horse’s mouth. By the way, the other Sovereign? I’ll give you a hint, if a King does not want to be audited, He won’t be. No matter how much The People want Him to be. (P.s. There is no provision whatsoever for ANY sovereign in the united states of America.)
For those claiming to be law enforcement (previously known as Policemen): it is the lawyers, which have put you in harms way. It is the lawyers, which have written down those words making it legal for you to steal and assault and murder – i.e. to go to war against the America people. Self-defense is one thing. But, doing harm to others in the name of someone else (namely, The People) is a very soulfully-dangerous thing to do. Imagine someone doing to you and your family, what you are doing to ours. With no mercy. Zero tolerance. Would you be so understanding as you expect The People to be? Would you just sit back and do nothing? You gave your Oath to God to put that uniform on. Best get on with it.
For those claiming to be Christian: Have you ever wondered who is really responsible for the so-called death of Jesus Christ? Many, many people believe that it was the Jews who were responsible for Him being up on that cross. Others think the Romans were responsible for that.
But none of these so-called culprits listed were actually the ones who killed Him. (A great lie. For Christ is alive and doing quite well.) Now think for a moment. Go back to that part of your brain that houses useless history factoids and open the door. Has this ever happened before in history? Where a group of people banded together to stop one human from demonstrating true liberty?
There is a power base, which exists on Earth, and it has been here for a very long time and has influenced every “civilized” civilization since the dawn of civility. Why use that word so much? Because it is their word. It was their Civil War that made it that way. It was their Civil Rights that legalized it all.
(Just to clarify, the authority for Civil Rights are lawyers. The Authority for Constitutional Rights is God. …thought that was an important distinction to make.)
There has been a spirit on Earth that has been foiling and spoiling independent nature and free living since neighborhoods came into existence - and it has sold itself on safety and security.
There is a movement afoot to kill all freedom in the world, in the name of civility (safety and security), that was no different than at the time of Christ.
What power base exists to sabotage liberty all in the name of civility? Lawyers.
It was the lawyers who had Christ brought to the cross. For they felt their power over the people was being threatened by an independent minded thinker of integrity and a compassionate heart - two things, which may not be found in a lawyer’s “Important Things to Have” list.
Throughout time, it was the lawyers that have sought to be the ultimate power through the clever use of confusion and deception through illusion - and the flowery language that weaves it, which always seems to precede it. It is paper and ink that allows them to perform their magic. It has always ONLY BEEN paper and ink and those willing to do the language’s bidding.
The Jews did not kill Jesus. They just watched as their “authorities” spoke for them. The Romans did not kill Jesus. They just followed their orders and did what they were told, for they were all men “under authority.”
Words on paper, brought to life through those willing to do its service is what did it. And lawyers wrote those words “of authority”, so they can stay in power. Then they passed those words onto any human being willing to do their bidding. You cannot change nature…
For the prince of this world knows, that anyone who comes to see the Christ and develops their own sovereign integrity and compassionate heart will also develop a special skill, one that will allow them to see through the veil of deception and see the wizard for who he is… and the minion who do his bidding - and begin to question. (Have you ever noticed the letters in the word “veil” also spell the word “evil”?)
Laws and Lawyers of a Democracy
Which now leads us to the laws of the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State. Code Law, Title Law, Ordinance Law, Zoning Law, Statutory Law and Marshall Laws are just a few of the laws borne of this Democracy ruling government. Notice it’s the government ruling, not The People. Where on Earth did all these laws come from? Who made them? Who’s even ever heard of them? (P.s. None of these laws are identified in Article III as laws that The People gave their government servants the authority to enact, legislate and enforce.)
I tell you, it’s the lawyers. Since before Jesus’ time, these are the one’s who hold tight to the Word, keeping it secret to themselves, yet forcing all to abide and stifles any who attempt to enter in by going around. Thus keeping the ignorant in a constant state of uncertainty, making their minds scatter and reason vanish. While putting the weight of the world on The People’s shoulders and doing nothing to help take it off. These are lawyers. And they are the royalty of Democracy.
Whom does it serve to force a country of people to adhere to laws that only the few privileged ones know? Whom does it serve to write these laws in a language that is foreign to the common person? Whom does it serve to force The People to live lives that are legal or illegal, instead of right and wrong? (Especially since legal today can be illegal tomorrow, but right and wrong never change.)
And whom does it favor for lawyer enforcement to tell the common American ‘Ignorance of these laws is no excuse’?
Lawyers. That’s who. It is written that a Democracy is majority rule. Meaning, the largest percentage gets its way. That’s the propaganda, anyway. The reality is, very, very few lawyers get together, write words down that only (sometimes) makes sense to them and then they sell those words to the others around them. Then those words are somehow woven into cloth, which must be worn by all, no matter what. (Lest the violation be by lawyers, then there is a clause to remove them from liability – but we’ll cover that in the Corporation Chapter.)
In America’s Democracy, the government requires its citizens to register themselves and their property to it, acquire certain licensing and whatever else it dictates to satisfy its needs. America’s Democracy will impose itself upon the citizenry at will, whenever it deems necessary. As long as there is an “impression” that the majority would like to see these people murdered, then by the blood of our Forefathers, as a Democracy, the government has the DUTY to do it. Right... Waco, Texas?
Have you ever wondered how any government person can kill another American, without notice or cause? Randy Weaver might. Have you ever wondered how it is possible that the hospital WILL NOT release a baby until it has been registered with the Social Security Administration and receives a number? I imagine a few natural born American citizens do. Have you ever wondered how a government that was created to protect and serve, can claim to be your authority and come to take your property away? Some folks in Connecticut very well may.
The truth is... we did it to ourselves. We did it when we licensed ourselves to the government when we got married. That made you and your spouse government property. Oh, and your babies are government property, too, therefore, they get a number so they may be tracked. And as far as your property goes… Well, you Titled it didn’t you? You Titled your car and home and land and who knows what else? That Title is given you by the Democracy, which you call government (or is that the government, you call Democracy?). And just like a King, it gives you Title to be privileged enough to live on Democracy Land and drive your Democracy Vehicle. All things belong to the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State.
Did you know that in order to find all the “illegal” citizens in Germany, Hitler forced his citizenry to carry NATIONAL ID CARDS proving that they were the good, legal citizens and anyone caught without these legal documents were considered insurgents and dealt with summarily? Yes, there was Hitler, but there were also many lawyers standing right behind him and Nazi Germany, all along the way, instructing him he was well within the law to do so.
In American Democracy, there is no soul, no heart. Look at the laws that the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State creates. In every case, the one making the law is in no way liable for any wrongdoing, after all, the Lawmaker was only doing her or his job making laws that make the people safer. (Remember when they used to be called “Representatives?”) And it is in no way the Lawyer Enforcement Agent’s fault, either. He’s not liable; he’s only following orders, doing her job, upholding and enforcing the lawyer’s words.
Okay now, I’m going to ask you a series of questions and I’d like you to think of an answer before you read the next question. Ready?
1. Who do you think came up with the concept of replacing gold and silver money with paper and plastic?
2. Who do you think came up with not only the concept of interest, but also the concept of compounding interest upon interest?
3. Who do you think came up with all these laws that few can read and even less can comprehend? (While doing away with our Common Law?)
4. Who do you think writes laws that have no liability for the authors or enforcers?
5. Who do you think is going to argue in court for this country actually being a Democracy, not a Republic?
6. Or is going to attempt to change the definition of a Republic to make it sound more like a Democracy? Or even call us a Democratic Republic – like North Korea?
7. Who do you think wrote up and created all the corporations that exist in this country?
8. Who do you think is going to be standing opposing you when “The People of the United States” decide to sue you?
9. Who has their own public army standing by, willing and able to do these people’s bidding at the stroke of their pen?
All these questions will probably lead you to the belief that lawyers are somehow responsible for the mess we find ourselves in. NO. Not so. Don’t give your power away so easily. WE are and always will be responsible for the decisions we make and directions we go. Lawyers just came along to pacify and subjugate a people who are generally good hearted at nature and not deceitful in any way and simply offered them another garden to grow. What a harvest.
Points of interest: In the movie ‘i, robot’ the main character commented on the stupidity of creating a system where machines can make machines. His judgment was spot on.
Outside of Denver, Colorado exists a barren wasteland, which used to be called Rocky Flats Nuclear Arsenal. The dirt there probably won’t grow anything in our lifetime or maybe a few hundred thousand years more. An investigation was done to ascertain if laws were broken. After a grand jury report was submitted, outlining HUNDREDS of violations, lawyers settled out of court the day before it was to be made public. And a judge put a gag order on every Coloradan on that jury to shut-up or do time.
Yep… spot on.

And now for some secrets about lawyers….

Lawyers are corporate entities, created by a corporation. They are not classified as humans, but instead, as persons.

Lawyers can only become lawyers by giving their oath to a piece of furniture; to uphold it and support it, and do everything that furniture says. (Because that piece of furniture owns that lawyer.) It is called the Bench. And that oath is greater than all other oaths that lawyer may take – even to God. (Or so they think.)

Lawyers have sold their soul to the Prince of this world, to obtain riches and power. Period.

Lawyers have created a system called democracy, where they are in charge, and everyone else is simply cattle to be used. (Some call goyum.)

Lawyers have convinced 300 million Americans that they are United States citizens and are therefore, under the jurisdiction of the United States Government (a corporation, by the way). Check out Article II, Sect 1, para. 5. Which one are you? And you can’t be both.

Lawyers created the Internal Revenue Service in 1913. (A private corporation that acts as the conduit between you and the Bank of England.) Then a few months later, on December 23, 1913 (yes, 2 days before Christmas), the Federal Reserve was created. A private corporation of a consortium of private banks, specializing in turning gold and silver into worthless paper. Lawyers did this to steal all your money and property. And they couldn’t do it using real money – gold and silver. They had to create something else. Hence, came the Federal Reserve Note. Worthless paper.

Lawyers have made you believe that they are superior to you, the common American. That you must idolize them and praise them for their tremendous skills. That you need them in order to survive. After all, it’s their laws we are being forced to live by. (And they all know, their laws are just as important as the air we breathe.)

Lawyers replaced our Constitution for the united states of America with something else. No law being enforced today at the city, county, state and federal levels have any basis within our Constitution. So where did they come from?

Lawyers have convinced Americans that Nazi tactics are required to maintain civility in America – a form of Nazi America. Therefore, since 1977, all police forces have recruited on psychological profile/character and not on intelligence factors. (Smart cops would see what’s happening and begin to ask questions.) Note: that psychological profile is very similar to that of a criminal. Also, all law enforcement authority in the western world was changed to Interpol – Scotland Yard. And they don’t recognize our Constitution as any authority whatsoever.

Every law that has been created can be undone should America decide to operate again according to what’s laid out in the Constitution for the united states of America. No lawyer will ever tell you that. They all can be gone in a vote.

And lastly, if you should happen to go into a courthouse and see bronzed replicas of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution for the united states of America hanging on the walls, they are only there to cover the holes in the wall, and to suck you in. Remember, a corporation doesn’t have to do what the name of it says. It just has to make money, to keep on existing. And all those important looking persons in there? They all owe their existence to wood. Amazing.
The Spirit of the CORPORATION
No matter which board you sit it on; no matter what staff meeting you attend, there will be one thing that they all have in common – the absolute concern over “corporate profits.” No thing in any corporation is more important than the inflow of money. No thing. After all, it is the number one rule of all corporations, regardless of externalities.
Have you ever heard the term ‘corporate profits are up’? This is the best news a corporation can receive. It means the corporation has sufficiently generated enough extra money, to cover all of its expenses, satisfy its shareholders and put more money in their pockets this quarter, than last. And the greatest news would be that they are always going up. Meaning, those belonging to that corporation (shareholders only, not the actual workers) are being rewarded for the fact that their corporation took advantage of low labor/materiel costs and sold high.
So how do stock markets help the average American not fortunate enough to play the game? (First of all, you must be incorporated to play this game.) The stock market is up when corporate profits are up. The stock market is down when corporate profits are down. So when corporations are doing good, the people are having to spend more. When the corporations are not doing well, the people are spending less.
Nowhere in this formula will you see the average American. Everything in this game has to with the bottom line – money.
The spirit of all corporations is money. More succinctly, the love for money. It is this spirit that has permeated all governments of the United States to the point where money has become more important than liberty… or even The People.
Think about that. Governments have decided that their existence is more important than The People’s. Only a corporation could think that way - for no human with a conscience could injure their neighbor, just because someone told them to. Only a corporate citizen would do such a thing. For corporate citizens have no soul to corrupt, nor body to try; only the spirit of the corporation, the insatiable drive to acquire more and more, exists. (Be that money or power.) For it will never be their fault for what is happening, they are only following orders, doing their jobs, obeying those words on paper. Lest they lose their excellent publican job (with its pay and benefits) and have to seek job security in the private sector.
Again, I have no intention of bashing corporations. For in this country, we natural born Americans have Unlimited Right to Contract and the concept of corporations, is a contract. My intention is to bring a sense of awareness to those serving in government, that the US Government has dumbed you down into doing its will… instead of ours.
Can you now see why government has written all its laws to take away our money and gain power through their claiming to be our authority? It is the spirit of the corporation at work. Again, nature cannot be changed, it can only be used.
If you receive a public paycheck, ask yourself this; Do you serve the government or do you serve The People? (Might want to think about that one for a minute.)
Points of interest: The Democracy of the United States is truly a corporation for it only knows money as satisfaction. If it were of The People, food or clothes or shelter (or anything else that would help the people) would be used as satisfaction—for the government would be serving the people, instead of itself. Then, the government would distribute that satisfaction back to the people who need it most. Instead, money, that has no intrinsic wealth, enters a black hole where it is never seen again and is certainly not used to provide services. (Check the Grace Commission under Ronald Reagan. All moneys paid to the federal government since the 50’s have gone only to pay debt, not to provide services.)
One other thing, concerning our so-called debt, I really want you to consider this…
It is widely known that America’s debt has exploded to over 39 Trillion Dollars in Federal Reserve Notes (that’s $39,000,000,000,000 or thirty-nine thousand billion dollars or thirty-nine million million dollars in debt notes, which have no intrinsic value).
Ask yourself this… What is something worth if it is worth a negative number? How many apples do I have if I have negative 15 apples in my basket? What is the worth or value of that many negative apples? How much does a negative apple weigh? How many negative apples will it take to make a pie? And what do negative 15 apples look like? Does it look like the absence of apples? Because if it were a positive number of apples, whether it be 1 or a trillion, I could see those.
Now, what if we traded our Federal Reserve Debt Notes for negative apples? Okay, we now have a debt of negative 39,000,000,000,000 apples. How many apples is that actually? Apples that we can see? That we can eat? That we can give to our teachers? None. Those negative apples were just conceptual, the real ones still taste just as good.
A Federal Reserve Note is a debt note - a note that isn’t even worth the paper it’s printed on. It is the absence of money. It is corporate currency. At one time our money was worth something - that was when it was based in Gold and Silver. Now, our money is worth less than zero, because it costs us to print it and pay The One we’re buying our money from, in payments of interest on interest. Therefore, no matter how large the perceived debt may be described, it is actually zero, because it doesn’t even exist. It was created by lawyers to steal our gold and silver, and replace everything that was worth something, with worthless paper – debt notes – negative apples.
Pretty ingenious, huh? So, how difficult do you think it will be to get some real apples in our carts?

corporation – 1. a group of people who get a charter granting them as a body certain of the legal powers, rights, privileges and liabilities of an individual, distinct from those of the individuals making up the group: a corporation can buy, sell and inherit property.
2. a group of people, as the mayor and aldermen of an incorporated town, legally authorized to act as an individual.
3. any of the political and economic bodies forming a corporative state, each being composed of the employers and employees in a certain sphere, as agriculture, industry, finance, etc.
corporation aggregate - a corporation consisting of two or more persons, as the mayor and aldermen of cities, the head and fellows of a college, the dean and chapter of a cathedral church, the stockholders of a bank or insurance company, etc.
corporation sole - especially in England, a corporation consisting of one person at a time, as a king or bishop, who among other “legal rights” has that of official succession.
public or municipal corporation - A CORPORATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF GOVERNMENT, such as a town, county, etc.

Have you ever heard the tale of The Emperor’s New Clothes? If so, please bear with me for those who haven’t. It’s a story written by Hans Christian Andersen. Funny how in time, some things change and some things just plain don’t. (If you’ve never read it, please do so. By the way, it was written in 1900.)
To paraphrase the work, there was a King who was very fond of his clothes. In fact, more than anything… everything. The entire kingdom knew this and always admired his sense of fashion. One day, two swindlers (deceivers and thieves) came into town and declared to the King that they can make him the most incredible cloth he had ever seen or worn – if he would just let them.
Having a great passion for clothing he could not say no. The swindlers only had two things to say: 1) They needed the finest silk and woven gold in the land to make the fabric, 2) The fabric will be invisible to all who are stupid or unfit for his post.
The King found this pleasing, because this could give him a method for removing all his stupid servants and those unfit for serving at their post. So the King agreed and gave these swindlers great amounts of the finest silk and woven gold in the land.
For day after day these swindlers worked over their looms, deceiving any onlookers into believing that they were weaving the finest cloth ever made. How was the deception made? Through the lie spoken concerning the fabric being invisible to the stupid and unfit for duty. Each time the King sent a messenger to find out how things were going, he was hoodwinked into believing (at least outwardly) that the fabric was beautiful and certainly fit for a King. For inwardly, he knew he saw nothing, but would not admit it for being charged as stupid or unfit for his post.
One day, the King himself went to go see with all his messengers. He saw nothing, but would not, COULD NOT admit it for fear of being charged as unfit to be King! So He and all his messengers commented on how beautiful the cloth is. The swindlers suggested the King wear these clothes at the great procession the following day. He agreed.
Now the people had heard of this wondrous material that is invisible to the stupid and those who are unfit for their duties. And fearing these charges, all the elders cheered at the magnificence of the King’s new clothes. Then a child spoke up above the din of cheers and agreeing fans.
“But he hasn’t got anything on.” From the mouths of babes.
This statement made its way amongst all the elders until they were also saying, “But he hasn’t got anything on.” The Emperor himself had the bad feeling that what they were whispering was only too true. But he still went through with the procession, boldly holding his head higher than before, and the courtiers held onto a train that wasn’t there at all.

I’ll bet when the King truly opened his eyes, he saw nothing. Nothing but the naked truth that He had been deceived and all the wonderful words spoken to him were only said to take advantage of his passion and to steal his money and riches.
Corporations - the Emperor’s newest clothes. And who are the tailors this time? Maybe the same swindlers.
Okay, enough with stories. Perhaps we should begin with the biggest, most revealing question concerning corporations—Who made corporations? No, not who, but WHAT. The government of the United States has created all corporations from the dawn of America, save one – The Constitution for the united states of America. Yes, our government was the first corporation and that document was the very first corporate document, that’s why there’s not very much in it about The People. Back then, it was taken for granted that this country was a Republic (as is guaranteed per The Constitution for the united states of America, Art. IV, Section 4); that no American can impose upon another’s life, liberty or property lest that American be doing harm to another.
So, our Founding Fathers - the original “who’s” - were the last and ONLY human beings to create a corporation. From that moment on, the Corporation of the United States has created all corporations in its image and likeness.
So, since the original creation of the United States Corporation, all private and public corporations have been created by Corporate Entities, also known as government agencies. From the railroads to Henry Ford through Enron, Monsanto and beyond, all private corporations owe their existence to that which created it – the US Government. And in the corporate world, that which gives existence is owner of its creation. As far as public corporations go? Yes, they too, were all created by a “what” – the US Government.
“In what way?” you may ask.
You probably live in a town that’s incorporated. Where do you think your town got that privilege? Who gave it? Government, that’s what (not who). The US Government has written all laws giving privilege (as a King) to its subjects (its people and their property). And these privileged laws are all under the guise of a Democracy, for under a Republic, the government can only serve The People, it cannot come to own them, as in a Democratic Corporative State. By the way, have you ever wondered why it was so important for your town to incorporate in the first place?
The lawyers have written laws making all Rights as privileges for those citizens who claim to live under this Democratic form of government. The King has given Title to Its property (including Its people) and will enforce the King’s Rule upon it. Its subjects must therefore abide or be banished or taken away. Simple as that.
Lawyers and laws have no cognizance of Sovereignty. They believe that they are the rule, and laws MUST be created and abided by for a citizenry to be able to live together. Lawyers absolutely believe that their laws are necessary for Americans to be able to exist at all, along with the lawyer enforcement agents, made to enforce them.
Hence, the reason why the 11th Amendment came about. The Peoples’ 7th Amendment reads that our Common Law is greater than any U.S. law or court of the United States; for all Common Law decisions cannot be reviewed by any court of the United States. Clearly they had to get rid of that one first.
The most important thing to a lawyer is to make everyone have to go through her or him in order to achieve justice. This will achieve THE MOST important reward for being a lawyer – MONEY. Again, back to money - the blood of lawyers and democracies.
Have you ever wondered how something created by The People can actually turn around and claim to own The People… and their property? Have you ever wondered how a government that was created to protect and serve The People, could actually operate under a foreign language to The People, and subsequently turn their language against The People, then legally go to war against The People? What part of protect and serve is that? Is that not also a form of terrorism? If not, sedition or treason?
I tell you, for the times I have had to go to court, the only people feeling comfortable in the whole place were the lawyers (that includes the judge). While everyone else there was nervous, frustrated, angry or incredibly sad – take your pick. Innocent people are being forced to go through a system that is foreign, malicious and treasonous to liberty and freedom – our supposed way of life in this country. Now, does that sound like a system of, by and for The People? No. Hardly.
Oh by the way, for those of you who are now saying, “This girl’s an anarchist, she doesn’t want any laws at all.” I answer, “No lawyer, our law is the Common Law as referred to in the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution for the united states of America. Laws that the common woman and man can understand without the need for a translator/interpreter. One that is based on, ‘No American has the Right to violate another’s life, liberty or property.’ That’s our Common Law.
In fact, our Constitution also reads, “The United States shall guarantee unto every state in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” So why are we a Democracy? Where did that concept even come from?
Oh and before I forget, the most important aspect of Corporations, the most important characteristic that makes them oh so attractive, is that they LIMIT LIABILITY. Who do you think paid (did time/paid restitution) for all those people dying in Bhopal, India so long ago, when a US Corporation operating out of there, released poisonous gas resulting in the death of thousands? Who has ever been truly held responsible for a coal miner’s death or paid for a pharmaceutical company’s deadly ways? Who do you think is held responsible and pays for the collateral damage caused by so many laws and those people enforcing them? Who do you think is made responsible and pays when it is found out that they have done some wrongdoing while in corporate service?
I tell you, the answer is… damn near nobody. Nearly no one pays. No “Person of Authority” is held responsible for their actions if they are serving a corporation - for they are only subject citizens of that corporation or government - Citizens of the Democracy doing their jobs, following orders, doing what they are told. Lest they lose their excellent publican jobs and suffer greatly, losing their benefits. And if they are somehow brought to justice, they will have taxpayer-paid attorneys on their side, doing their best to get them out of it.
Only a lawyer could create such a body of clothes, as to make humans think that they will not be held liable for their actions, while serving a corporation. That somehow or another, words on a piece of paper will nullify any responsibility or culpability for her or his actions.
Just don’t try telling that to God.
Oh yes, and what do these new duds look like? The clothes that make us corporate property, instead of private citizens?

That’s it. If you have anything in your mail (or wallet) that looks like that, well, there you have it. That is your other self – the corporate self. Corporations are always designated using CAPITAL LETTERS. If you acknowledge this form of identification, then the Corporate Government of the United States has you, Mr. and Mrs. Corporate Citizen, and it will not tell you that you are acquiescing your Sovereignty, as a true natural born American, if you use this designation. It will just continue to own you. (Unless of course, you should claim all your rights, without prejudice. Check out something called the Uniform Commercial Code - i.e. Pirate Law. And then look up “without prejudice” in Black’s Law Dictionary. “…what unrevealed contract?”)
Oh, and the other set of clothes? It’s the pair looking at you and telling you that it’s not it doing it unto you. It’s just doing its job, following orders, doing what it’s been told, upholding the law. Nothing personal, just business.
Points of interest: The Holy Roman Catholic Church and many, many other Churches within America are corporations. When the first brave souls began to come forward, the very first thing the Catholic Church did, was to send out a Corporate Catholic Lawyer to declare that the HRCC is a corporation and in suits at law, only the immediate Church and associated grounds could be instruments of satisfaction. No other properties (such as certain resorts and retreats and buildings and land and other churches) were liable, for they were covered under the protection act of their corporation. Go back and look at the tapes. The HRCC’s first act was to declare its corporate status, and then declare its liabilities and what it was NOT liable for - without expressing even a wink of concern for the lives their corporate employees destroyed.
…And have done their very best to cover it up since. Just like a good corporation is supposed to. It’s all about protecting self and limiting liability. If you belong to a church, which is embattling the government, check to see your corporate status. If you are incorporated, then pay the Godfather for his services. Lest you receive an offer you cannot refuse. For you have surely sought His protection.
In cases concerning governments, whenever there is a question as to the liability of government employees towards damage done to a citizen, the FIRST ACT of the District Attorney will be to obtain a waiver from the victim, stating that the victim WILL NOT SUE the actual human being who did the harm. (Concern for the corporation, is always considered ahead of everything else.) In the end, the Government Corporations will look after their own first, fabricating evidence and/or covering up, then being more than willing to fork over a little tax money to settle this incident, if they’re caught. After all, they can always raise more. Then things can finally get back to normal again. (NOTE: The Democratic and Republican Parties are corporations.)
Isn’t that amazing… clearly when it comes to corporations, there is NO separation between church and state. For they are both, one in the same.
And one last fun fact: Did you know that no American corporation is obligated to abide by, nor is governed by, the Constitution for the united states America? WHY IS THAT? How is that?

We the People of the united states, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united states of America.
Article. I.
Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Section. 2. The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

Section. 5. Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.
Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.
Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

Section. 6. The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.
Section. 7. All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.
Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States;[3] If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws; and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Control of the Congress.
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
Article. II.
Section. 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; a quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President .
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: — "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Section. 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
Section. 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
Section. 4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Article. III.
Section. 1. The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
Section. 2. The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority; — to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; — to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction; — to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party; — to Controversies between two or more States; — between a State and Citizens of another State; — between Citizens of different States; — between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
Article. IV.
Section. 1. Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
Section. 2. The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.
No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.
Section. 3. New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.
The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.
Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
Article. V.
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
Article. VI.
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
Article. VII.
The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.

Resolved,
That the preceeding Constitution be laid before the United States in Congress assembled, and that it is the Opinion of this Convention, that it should afterwards be submitted to a Convention of Delegates, chosen in each State by the People thereof, under the Recommendation of its Legislature, for their Assent and Ratification; and that each Convention assenting to, and ratifying the Same, should give Notice thereof to the United States in Congress assembled. Resolved, That it is the Opinion of this Convention, that as soon as the Conventions of nine States shall have ratified this Constitution, the United States in Congress assembled should fix a Day on which Electors should be appointed by the States which have ratified the same, and a Day on which the Electors should assemble to vote for the President, and the Time and Place for commencing Proceedings under this Constitution. That after such Publication the Electors should be appointed, and the Senators and Representatives elected: That the Electors should meet on the Day fixed for the Election of the President, and should transmit their Votes certified, signed, sealed and directed, as the Constitution requires, to the Secretary of the United

Bill of Rights
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Points of Interest: First of all, it appears very clear to me that since after Jefferson’s penning of the first ten amendments, a group of individuals have gone about intentionally duping the American people into believing that they are something that they are not, all in an attempt to gain control over the American people and their property. That said…
Notice that nowhere in the Constitution for the united states of America are the words democracy or democratic used. Nor are the words safe or safety. Nor are the words Sovereign or Sovereignty. Nowhere in our Constitution do these words exist. Republican, however does. (This refers to a way of life, NOT a political party.) And in fact, the only time the word “guarantee” is used, is right here in Art. IV, Sect. IV.
Notice our money is supposed to be gold and silver and no Amendment was ever created, making it okay for our money to be worthless paper and plastic. In fact, Governors of every state took an oath that nothing but gold and silver would be used as money in their states. Aren’t they committing fraud?
Notice only two types of Americans can claim this country: natural born citizens and Citizens of the United States. (ART II. Sect. I. Para 5). Which one are you? And you can’t be both.
Notice that the United States and the several states are two completely separate things. They ARE NOT one and the same thing. And in certain places, it indicates that there are actually more than one United States. (To get specific, the United States consists of Washington D.C., the Trust Territories of the United States [like Guam and Puerto Rico] and any land ceded to the Federal Government, by the States, for needful forts, docks and buildings. All else are the several States.)
In ART VI, notice that this article makes our Constitution the Supreme Law of the Land; it does not however, make it the law of The People. That’s common law (7th Amend). Also, a very confusing sentence finishes everything. …and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. What are these Contrary laws? And doesn’t this sentence literally nullify everything that came before it? Lawyers.
Thomas Jefferson wrote our first Ten Amendments for The People – meaning both natural born and US citizens. All later Amendments apply ONLY to United States citizens (Corporate Citizens), but are written in such a way as to make everyone believe that those Amendments pertain to everyone. They don’t. They only apply to US citizens and the United States proper. That’s why slavery was legal in Mississippi until the late 1990’s. That’s why booze could be legally served to people throughout the several states during prohibition. Whenever you read, “…and subject to the jurisdiction thereof…” that jurisdiction only applies to US Citizens and the United States proper (that’s 10 square miles, the Trust Territories of the United States and any land ceded to the United States by the several states for needful forts, docks and buildings). Natural born citizens and the several states in which they are domiciled, notwithstanding.
And by the way, speaking of Amendments, what American in their right mind would approve of the 16th Amendment? It’s like a householder giving the keys to the treasury, to an irresponsible servant. Who would ever want to do that?
Predictions
Since the publicans’ declaration of the united states of America as being a Democracy, the following has happened:
1. Lawyers created a system, which lumped together the two types of American citizens (natural born American citizens and citizens of the United States [Art. II, Section 1]) into one – citizens of the United States. Thus making all citizens subject to corporate government law. And using their system (one example, take voting), they get natural born American citizens to acquiesce into becoming US citizens, citizens of the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State. (Just check out a voting registration form one day and look for the box for natural born American citizen. You won’t find it. Oh you’ll see one labeled Natural Born or Naturalized, but they’re under the heading of US citizen. A Natural born US citizen may come from Puerto Rico and a Naturalized citizen may come from anywhere. But a natural born American citizen can only come from being born within one of the 50 united states of America. Do you see the deception? And intentional omission?)
2. Lawyers began weaving their laws to deceive the people into believing (through good nature) that those laws were needed and would never be used against them – only the bad guys. (Code Law, Title Law, Statutory Law, Ordinance Law, Zoning Law, Marshall Law. Lawyer Law.) Who’d of ever thought, The People would become the bad guys?
3. The Federal Reserve was incorporated in 1913, beginning the economic and financial downfall of nearly all Americans. Goodbye, gold.
4. Our money changed from gold and silver, to what is now made of worthless plastic and paper (in the form of Federal Reserve Notes).
5. Interest has gone from being a common usury fee of a simple 10% formula, to one of a compounded interest nature; where a 7% home loan can result in paying over 100% of the loan back in interest alone – forget the principle. Where also, one may actually owe MORE after paying, depending on the prevailing interest rate – which by the way, is set by lawyers. The new math is Lawyer Math.
6. The Common Law and all Equity Laws were abolished by the US Sovereign in its passage of the 11th Amendment. Subsequently, these laws were replaced with Admiralty Laws. (Which, by the way, were also created by lawyers through their corporations identified by the gold-fringed flags – which all represent the Soveriegn. See what Black’s Law Dictionary has to say about gold-fringes on flags.) This sealed the deal as far a making all Americans abide by Corporate Law, which subsequently convinced them that they are Corporate Citizens, living under the American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State at the privilege of a select few.
7. Government has now completely flipped the coin due to a ruling concerning Immanent Domain. The Sovereign government has legally determined that it has the legal right to kill Americans and steal their property (under something called Civil Forfeiture), should those Americans stand against their property being taken away by a group of lawyers and government officials who have determined that their need for money (or to follow orders) is more important than an American’s Right to life, liberty and property.
8. Government law has taken such root (and that root is thick and everywhere), that America has lost its way, and is in jeopardy of losing the very things it was created to demonstrate – liberty and freedom.
9. Our debt (due to the concept of compound interest) has reached a point of being greater than the so-called worth of our country. And what happens to the borrower’s property when her debt has grown larger than the collateral used to obtain the loan? (Did you honestly think that we were borrowing our money from the Federal Reserve Bank without having to first provide some form of collateral to get it?) Have you ever wondered why we’re borrowing our own money in the first place? And whatever happened to our gold?
Seeing these factoids, is it so hard to predict what’s going to happen next? People, it will be the same thing that has happened throughout history…
Any country’s citizens who trade their God-given Right to freedom and liberty for safety and protection, are then taken asunder by the very system they created to protect and serve them. Any country whose citizens lose their ability to demonstrate and protest, are then taken asunder by the very government they created to protect and serve them. Any country whose citizens are forced to live under foreign rule will be no different than those country’s citizens who are living under occupation. Any country that allows the very few to rule the very many, in the name of the very many, risks losing even their own lives and property, because the few do not have the many in mind - only itself.
Sisters and brothers, do not blame anyone but the one in the mirror for the way things are. Do you freely judge your neighbors on their lifestyles? Do you secretly harbor ill feelings towards your neighbors? Do you see them as a threat to your way of life and wish someone would just come and take them away? Do you seek a third party to settle issues that you should be settling yourself? Do you just want to sit on your butt, collecting welfare for the rest of your life, being more than willing to let your neighbors go to work and support your laziness? Oops.
If, by chance, you have been sound asleep and just woke up to the alarm, let me offer this…
Our forefathers died for this country – for you. They were assassinated by a government that wanted to control them. Oh yes, and their properties were also destroyed. Now I ask, how important do you think freedom and liberty were to them? They gave their lives and way of life, for us. Yet today, TV programs all show courtroom dramas that require Americans to be sheeple, amongst people; To act cowardly towards life, by not settling their own issues, but calling upon a third party to do it; To be civil in all manners, like a robot or drone; To fall in lockstep with their government, lest they be considered criminals requiring correction, terrorists or worse, as being patriots. (If our forefathers acted this way, we would still be British subjects—which some of us are still acting like and believe.)
Perhaps the greatest difference between a Democracy and a Republic is that in a Democracy, should enough people gain the same view, they can legally impose it on their neighbors. In a Republic, no one has the power to impose anything on their neighbors, lest their neighbors are imposing something upon them. For in a Republic, the people are supreme, not the Thing or concept they created.
In a Republic, no one has the right to impose anything upon anyone, lest they are being imposed upon themselves. No one has the right to injure another, lest they are being injured themselves. No one has the right to lie, cheat or steal… period. No one has the ability to give away authority and power that they DO NOT have themselves to give.
In a Republic, each and every voting-eligible citizen has the Right to live a life free of an encumbering government. In a Republic, each and every human is sovereign unto themselves and no one has the right to remove that. In a Republic, no one has the right to violate another’s life, liberty or property… lest they themselves are being violated.
Can you see the difference between a Democracy and a Republic? Are you now wondering why our government is always pushing its political agenda?

Anyone for killing people and spreading Democracy around the world and becoming nation builders for the lawyers? Are you still seeing us as the good guys? Might there be an ounce of compassion for all those innocent mothers and fathers and children and grandparents that America has murdered in the name of Democracy, nation-building or fearful threats? Along with some for those parents and spouses and children of the fallen, who were sent to bravely face these perceived threats? Are we in any way responsible for going along with our governments’ lies… and their consequences? One more time?
You bet.
What are The People to do when their own government has openly and abashingly eradicated a guarantee and replaced that guarantee with something of their own? What are The People going to do when They see Their creation destroying the very way of life their servants gave their oaths to maintain? All in the name of safety and security.
I do not know what will come of a country that will not stand for its own values and cherished beliefs. But I do know that that kind of country is the most cowardly and doesn’t deserve the gifts and blessings it has received. And is the ripest for takeover, for the world knows the citizenry is weak. And the world knows, that sheep do not defend themselves, but go willingly to the slaughter.
The ONLY cost of freedom is the ever vigilance required to stay those wanting to take it. Do what Socrates said all people should do, “Question Authority.”
The American Democratic Monarchy of the Corporative State exists today, hiding behind lawyers and their ways. The persons of this dysfunctional state become corporate robots who rather like turning their heads, not accepting responsibility for their actions or the actions of their corporation. After all, if the people cannot understand their own laws, let alone read them (without the aid of an interpreter), but are forced to abide by them, then why should the people even feel connected anymore – at all?
That separation, that feeling of helplessness, is what lawyers always bank on. And by the way, that wall of separation is constructed of ignorance and apathy.
Should this country continue down this legal rabbit hole, in the end, America will end up a failed experiment. You see, this country was created to see if the people living in it were grown-up enough to live together in harmony – no matter where its citizens came from. In a grown-up fashion, we were to settle our disputes peacefully and equitably. And live by as few laws as possible to allow such harmony.
Instead, what’s happened is… dysfunctional parents have taken over, requiring their own children to jump through hoops for the parents’ advantage - leaving their children hurt, confused and angry. All the while claiming no liability or responsibility, just placing the weight of the world on most Americans’ shoulders and doing nothing to help take it off.
It will have shown that the third parties people create to come in between to settle things, neither settle things, nor do them with the people’s best interest at heart. Only money will be taken, the system will continue to crush those bearing the weight of it and words, simple words, will undo all that God has created. America, ain’t that somethin’? Now that’s Democracy in action!
Points of interest: Lest you think I am anti-government, let me say this for the record… I AM VERY MUCH PRO-GOVERNMENT. Government provides greatly needed services, which help to maintain our American standard of life. However, the greatest threat government has is the same threat the people have. It is insidious and cold-blooded. It will eat its own and has no honor. It is called “compound interest.” It is sucking the life out of the people, as well as the people’s government. It will bring another revolution lest something is done of it. For government will only look to preserve itself, and the people will only look to do the same.
So you see, there is no separation between a government and its people. They both want to live and thrive. The only separation comes when it comes to money and making more money from money. And that applies to both, as well.
What is a Republic and how do we get one… again?
(NOTE: This chapter is for those Americans, who see the rocks, and aren’t quite sure how to steer the ship away from them. It is for you, those Americans who want to return to your American roots and then move ahead into a whole new America of empowerment and responsibility. If you are not one of those Americans, if you believe you own your neighbor and her property and like things just the way they are and find that change scares the hell out of you, you may want to stop here and continue on down that same old path you’ve been on for years. For there is some comfort and security in knowing exactly where it leads. Right, Neo?)
(Now may be a good time to revisit that definition of Republic back on page 6.) Can you understand its meaning a little more clearly now?
This is what a Republic is:
1. People living together under a Common Law that everyone understands. No lawyers are needed to interpret these laws. People understand unequivocally that lying, cheating, stealing and committing physical harm are violations of the Common Law and no woman (or man) or group of Americans has the Right to change that. (Under a Democracy, lying, cheating and stealing [along with doing physical harm] are not only tolerated, they are expected, as a way of life).
2. No American has the right to violate another American’s life, liberty or property lest the other is harming that American. Period. And no group of people has the Right to band together to change that.
3. Governments are created to serve The People in ways the people themselves cannot. That is, build safe bridges, roads and infrastructure to ensure the welfare of The People; have a standing army to defend against those wishing to do us harm; peacefully settle disputes between The People and those entities the government has created; and KEEP our money strong.
4. In a Republic, all voting eligible citizens are equally sovereign and supreme. Meaning, if there are taxes to be paid, ALL people, the pauper as well as the rich man, pay equally – for their taxes are apportioned (Art. I, Sect. 2). A natural-born American has the final supreme choice on how they are going to live, not some designated third party, who supposedly exists to take from the rich and distribute to the socialized poor. While keeping a piece for themselves.
5. In a Republic, The People are smart enough to know the difference between a flesh-and-blood-human-being and a building. And, that buildings have no Rights.
6. Also, a Republic has heart and soul. Mercy is at the heart of all laws. No American will stand in judgment of her sister or brother without facing the same judgment from On High. If it is just, so be it. If it is frivolous, then the consequences will be experienced. There is NO disinterested third party in a Republic; No laws creating corporate entities that are just simply doing their jobs, obeying orders, following rules.
7. In a Republic, the most important thing is life… a life to be lived free, open and healthy, without fear of reprisal from some legal third party looking to make a buck - where citizens actually look out for each other. The citizens of a Republic are not anal about lifestyles, they know differing lifestyles actually enhance a society, not detract from it. People of Republics inherently know that it is more important to heal the sick and have a healthy people, than flaunt medicines that just cover up the symptoms, while the populace gets sicker and the system gets richer. People of Republics also inherently know that no one is greater than another – not by job, or name. And that taking care of each other is imperative, in order to live in peace. These citizens know that if they create a third party that is willing to destroy their neighbors, to get their way, then that same third party is one day going to turn on its Creator, for the same reasons. Has it not already happened? Is history not repeating?
What is a Republic? It’s a place where people live together without imposing their economic, ideological, religious or political beliefs upon their neighbors. It’s a place where people don’t see themselves so much in the mirror, as they do outside their windows. It’s a place of neighborly caring and a common sense of wisdom. It’s a place where freedom and liberty are considered sacred, more sacred than safety and security. Not that safety and security are not important, but in a Republic, the people inherently know:
A life lived freely can be lived safely, but a life lived safely cannot be lived freely.
How do we return to a Republic? Educate yourselves on the Constitution for the united states of America. Read who can run for President, and then you will know the two types of Americans, who are allowed to claim this country as theirs. And in the process, you may come to realize that a huge portion of Americans have been stolen away – verbally and intellectually swindled. You may also notice that nowhere is the word Democracy written as a form of government guaranteed unto its people. It’s not mentioned anywhere, yet that is the word being spewed throughout this country and the world as the great way of life. All spread by lawyers. All cleverly woven by them.
Would you like to know the fastest way to return this country to a Republic? Would you like to know how The People can become the supreme power again? Would you like to be left alone to live a free and libertous life, without the intrusion of confusion and terrorism?
Okay, if you are serious about that, here are some really important personal things, which we Americans must do in order to return our nation back to Republic status. First and foremost, accept your responsibilities as Americans and grow up. Stop looking to be offended. Stop looking to sue everyone for all your life’s problems. Stop looking to get even. Stop thinking like a lawyer. Become more compassionate and understanding. Realize that what we do unto others, is done unto us. We get what we give. Know that your environment is a reflection of you. So, therefore, forgive. For it is at these times, specifically, that Our Father in Heaven is waiting in the wings to assist you, knowing of your growing. And please, love one another, while you do it.
And now the most important thing we need to do in public, GO VOTE. Vote out all the lawyers. Don’t let anymore back in and the ones who are in, let them serve their terms and then vote them out. Then vote in real people. People who represent The People and can correctly tell the difference between an American and a building and know which one to serve; People who believe that an oath to God is far greater, than one to a piece of furniture; People who know they have a soul.
I know that sounds rather harsh or even silly, but I promise you… in this Democracy, it is the lawyers that have written down those laws that are running/ruining your lives and taking your money and making you live under compound interest. Through their slick words, they have turned you into unwitting corporations that owe their existence to their maker, the Sovereign US government.
So, as a corporation, like Monsanto, you fall under the jurisdiction of corporate US law. The only difference is, they have lawyers and you probably don’t. Too bad, so sad. They have done their best to dupe you into believing their truths, which are now in writing. (And they think they’ve done it with un-erasable ink.) It is the lawyers that have externalized you and forced you to endure their enforcement. (All they needed were Americans of a certain pathology to pull it off.)
Then, once all the lawyers are gone, the ones they armed, as well as their laws (and ways of loving money) will go with them, allowing this country to return to its common laws and its origins of peace and harmony and love for ones neighbor as ones sister or brother. I hear you laughing.
Don’t believe me? Here’s proof. The next time you’re sitting at an intersection where the traffic lights aren’t working, take a look around. The lawyers want you to believe that you need lawyer enforcement to keep you safe. Reality shows a different tale. How many people are getting out with guns or knives willing to kill the other driver because she won’t move, or moved too quickly going out of turn? How many accidents do you see being caused by people ramming their vehicles into one another trying to get through? How many government employees are needed to make sure people take their turns and traffic moves as quickly and safely as possible? The answers?
None. Not one. (LA, notwithstanding.)
Do you see? You have been duped into believing that you cannot trust your neighbor to live a safe life. In the lawyer world, everyone is considered suspect (because lawyers know not of trust) and lawyer enforcement needs all the spies it can get to keep the status quo or provide the needed witnesses to bring about justice. You have been tricked into believing that you are corporate citizens, children of the Democratic Corporative State - your parents - who simply do not believe that you are to be trusted with your own lives. (Although there certainly have been some bad apples throughout time to give them good reason to think that way.) You require constant watching and lots of laws to keep you in line… and safe.
Good luck, America. The life of your Republic is now up to you. And you better start praying for the forgiveness of all those murdered by those claiming to live freely, all in the name of your safety and security. Because right now, the families of those murdered would love to see the same thing happen to you—for the same reasons.
What difference can one person make towards bringing back our Republic? What can one person do? Open your heart and eyes and give your mind a rest. And Pray. Pray to Our Father in Heaven for forgiveness and the wisdom you’ll require in order to see. There’s a great place to start.
And so, the next time someone starts telling you something that simply isn’t real, or begins describing something that simply isn’t there, don’t feel stupid or unfit for your post - speak up and show some guts. Your country needs you.
Points of interest: Here’s a little-known factoid about Corporate US law - Federal Reserve Notes are the thread that weaves them all together. What do you think will happen to all those laws once Federal Reserve Notes are replaced with real American money based in Gold and Silver (Art. 1, Sect. 10)?
Some may say this is an attempt to overthrow the monetary system of America. First of all, money has to be worth something. And if the entire monetary system is currently based on debt notes and debt (negative apples and those things that those negative apples purchased), then what is being overthrown?
A deception.
Let’s Finish This Up
For the longest time, I have seen Americans doing unto Americans in the name of American law, yet no personal/private American has the right to do what other public ones are doing in Their name.
How can that be? From where does authority to steal come? Or assault? Or how about murder? Who has written down words authorizing the legalization of murder?
Lawyers.
Why is it so important to write laws that hurt people? Why is it so very important for governments to always have to control their people - their subjects – through confusion and terrorism? And why must history repeat itself (one more time) before anyone wakes up to see it?
Why would a people claiming to be a part of a peaceful civilization, do unto their neighbors in the name of words on a piece of paper? What satisfaction can a publican get by destroying the private life of her or his neighbor? Is security through a paycheck worth so much? Is your blind loyalty really in your best interest?
Is it really so very much more important to enforce conforming, than encourage and support freedom? Have we all shut our eyes to the machine and let the ‘i, robots’ run things?
I love America and what America is doing is wrong, at least when it comes to spreading the concept called Democracy. It’s flat wrong to hurt people to make them conform. Forget what’s legal or illegal, just look into the eyes of the ones being done unto. And if you look deeply enough, you’ll see yourself.
America, violence is NOT the solution - isn’t now and won’t ever be. Awareness through education should be this country’s mantra, to teach us to see what we are doing to our neighbors (sisters and brothers) all in the name of safe imposition. And to review history to see if it has ever happened before, and what resulted.
For this alarm, it would not be wise to continue to hit the snooze button.
Be it known that Americans are vastly good people, willing to help at a moment’s notice and very caring and compassionate, indeed. Those claiming to be Americans, while doing the work of iniquity, do not correctly represent the people of America, only their own special interests and purposes. Perhaps it is our misplaced good faith and trust in our representatives that are allowing such evils to be suffered—while evils are sufferable.
But, just as those reigning in the 30’s and 40’s did not correctly represent the German people, so it is with us today. In a way, we’re like the rest of the world… good people just trying to work things out. And the sooner we can do it on a peaceful common basis, eye to eye, the better things will be.
I cannot express strongly enough how important it is for America (meaning Americans) to be the beacon of light and truth and liberty. America has been made into an abstract thought form – just like the concept of liberty (freedom without harm). America is nothing, without Americans. When we finally bring integrity into our lives, our governments will have it. When we seek compassion and the removing of suffering, we will suffer no more at the hands of our creation. America is no abstract object. It’s more than 300 million humans, living under the premise that we can all get along. So let’s start getting along.
Point of interest: Do you know why God created lawyers? To allow us to be greedy and discompassionate. In fact, they encourage it. To make us see our sisters and brothers as anything but, and to take advantage at all costs. (It’s a freewill thing.) Lawyers allow us to live our lives not being responsible for our actions, like somehow or another we’re not going to be held to the fire for them. Lawyers allow us to turn the other cheek and sheeple-on, lest we turn to question and are put asunder. Lawyers allow us to fantasize about tough court cases and mingling in fancy bars later on with all the other heavy hitters, drinking over a day’s work well done. Fighting battles only they can figure out, for they wrote all the rules.
Know this… there are no lawyers in heaven. So, from where do they come and subsequently return to? I will give you two guesses, but you will only need one.
Meanwhile,
as the camera pulls back to pan outward, the rest of us are seen as standing naked, admiring the Emperor’s Newest clothes—which have been dictated for all to wear—fearing to speak the words of the children, who always seem to see things so clearly.
By The Way
I’ve got nothing against lawyers, for Our Father in Heaven found a purpose to create them and it is not mine to judge. However, I thought it important for someone other than a lawyer to bear witness to thine hand. Lest ye think yours is the only way, coming to own the whole world, whilst losing your Souls in the process.
I know, to a lawyer, a Soul is not an important thing to consider. For it was the corporation, which created the lawyer - not the Soul. But to the human being living and breathing under that sharkskin veil… It may want to be.
Christ loved the publicans, as do I. But even love can bring a sharp edge. However, it also brings the balm to heal the cut. Removing the proof, but leaving the feeling… forever.
May Our Father in Heaven forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who have trespassed against us. And may we truly come to love our neighbors as ourselves. And we don’t need lawyers to do that.
Amen.
One more thing, perhaps the most important question to ask the person running for office is not, “Are you conservative or liberal, a Republican or Democrat?” No. Perhaps the MOST IMPORTANT question of all is…
“Are you a lawyer?” If so, simply walk away, knowing that in 6 years, we will all be free… again.
One More Thing
Now that I’ve got this written out, I have witnessed another amazing perspective…
For us, the most important thing Our Father in Heaven ever created (outside the Soul, that is) is freedom of choice. We were created to experience and choose… experience and choose. Then through many experiences and choices we can hopefully come to our own conclusions on what is right and what is wrong - not legal or illegal – then live that way.
Resist not evil. For evil must exist for us to know we are choosing good and right. Instead, pray for the grace of God in your own lives, and then spread it to others. Be the fruit, leave the thorns.
In the end, it will be seen as our CHOICE to help or to hurt; our choice to build up or tear down; our choice to be responsible for our own actions or to continue to blame someone or something else (or come to rely on some entity to take it away). Then for sure, at some point or another, we will be judged for our works. And for none of us, will there be a lawyer, standing by, to litigate and mitigate, those choices of our lives. We own them. Alone.
On this planet, as well as in Heaven.

Something to Think About
Clearly today, right now, America is at a crossroads. Earth shaking social, economic, religious, and political woes plague our country.
We have been here before and unless we start doing things differently, we will be here again and again… until there are no more Americans left who can afford to live here. (Take afford, as you will.)
Our money continues to be worth less. Our hard work continues to weigh more. Our time spent with our families has severely dwindled. Our attention spent on a worrisome future has consumed our days.
(A ship staying the course across open waters is okay. A ship staying the course on a heading leading straight for the rocks is a ship of fools.)
We have become sheeple, amongst real people. We have been suckered and duped and taken for a ride. We have been swindled in a most old-fashioned game. But it is not too late to wake up.
The American dream has devolved into a nightmare. A fascinatingly horrific dream, where the Creator of it has no power, and the “created in it” demonstrates and controls it all.
Perhaps, We the People are beginning to feel a little bit more like Our Father in Heaven…
…now more than ever.
