the boxer party is kind of like a mansion.  The first step in the production of it is to make a firm foundation for the mansion to sit on.  This is the most important of all the steps.  It ensures the mansion will stand for a long time and withstand what Nature sends its way.

The second step is the building of the structure.  This is done with great care and quality materials. Nothing is rushed and all the blueprints are sound and followed.

The third step is the installation of the plumbing.  Some of the structure will have to be altered to accommodate the plumbing.  And all plumbing will be clean coming in and competent going out - meaning no leaks.

The fourth step is to install the power grid.  Here we have options.  New technologies abound, so we must get it right the first time.  IT AIN'T RIGHT to have to live in the dark.

And when this mansion is built, it will be for all Americans to live in.  And there will be other mansions built in other lands, and those people will build them.

I think all Americans should leave their tiny home and come live in our mansion.  We will build it strong.  It will be solid.  And it will accommodate everyone.
