Americans first means, no more excuses for unsafe water or sick or homeless or hungry Americans.  It means that flesh and blood Americans come ahead of ink on paper.  It means that we are going to take care of our own, first, before we continue to do further harm to another.

  

First does not mean best.  First is not some kind of competition.  First does not mean conquest.  First means              MOST IMPORTANT.
